Ingredients: Dehydrated Lime Wheel; 25ml Hepple Gin; 25ml Belzasaar Red; 12.5ml Cocchi Rosa; 10ml Pinotage; 10ml Blackberry Lime Shrub; Blackberries punnet x 2, 4 limes zested and cup of caster sugar. Left in the fridge for 1 day, then top up with red wine vinegar until fruit is covered. Then coffee filter the liquid with no pulp in it just the syrup.
