Ingredients
- Goslings black seal rum20ml
- Date infused crème de cacao dark (HOMEMADE)15ml
- Rich Madeira10ml
- Edinburgh rhubarb and ginger gin liqueur10ml
- Rhubarb bitters2 dashes
- Egg white
Method
Shake all ingredients hard and double strain into chilled glass
